To expedite your service explain in detail the problem you are having with your viewer. If its the issue is with the SD cards, please send along the SD cards that are causing the issue.

How to Send Your Viewer for Repair

  1. Prepare your device: Remove all SD cards from your viewer before shipping.
  2. Include documentation: Write a short note with:
    – Your full name
    – Mailing address
    – Phone number
    – Brief description (follow directions above)
  3. Ship your viewer:
    •     Use the original box if possible—it fits perfectly in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope (available free at your local Post Office)
    • This envelope includes automatic insurance
    • Keep your tracking number for reference
  4. Send payment: Include a check made out to Hunters Mate for the appropriate repair amount.
