How to Send Your Viewer for Repair
- Prepare your device: Remove all SD cards from your viewer before shipping.
- Include documentation: Write a short note with:
– Your full name
– Mailing address
– Phone number
– Brief description (follow directions above) - Ship your viewer:
• Use the original box if possible—it fits perfectly in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope (available free at your local Post Office)
• This envelope includes automatic insurance
• Keep your tracking number for reference - Send payment: Include a check made out to Hunters Mate for the appropriate repair amount.
